Can’t get in with your chosen practitioner as soon as you’d like to? The ONLINE WAITING LIST feature will allow you to notify them as to when you can come in in the case of a last minute cancellation or rescheduled appointment.

All you have to do is complete the sign up to create your FREE & SECURE CLIENT ACCOUNT upon booking your first appointment at Refined, and you will be able to just that and much more!

It has become increasingly common to see multiple members of the same household enjoying the benefits of regular massage and acupuncture treatments. With a strong movement toward non-medical and drug initiatives, and with insurance companies offering extended health benefits to dependents, a wider age spectrum of clients are now embracing the world of wellness treatments. Because of this, booking and managing appointments for yourself, your spouse, and your children, has been increasingly frustrating as most booking systems require you to have separate accounts and logins for each family member. Wouldn’t it be great if you could manage your entire family under one single account login?

With our system, this is a reality! Once you have created your free online booking account, simply locate the ‘Family Account’ option and start adding the members of your family.

In addition to being able to book and manage appointments for your family members, the family account option also allows you to receive the receipts, statements, and reminder text messages and emails for everyone under your account. Pretty great, right!?

Access your ‘Online Booking Account’ and select the ‘Family Account’ option. Simply add a family member who is not currently in the system, and specify all contact info and permissions.

In the case that the family member you wish to add is already a client in the system, please contact us directly and we will be able to connect the accounts from our end.

As a result of their expertise and compassion, Refined Practitioners are highly sought after, and appointment times do book up quickly. Despite this, appointments do get cancelled, some last minute, and we would love to know if there is someone out there who is in need of the spot.

Through your ‘My Account’, in our online booking system, you will be able to conveniently add yourself to your favourite practitioner’s waiting list with the click of a button! There is no need to have to request a spot via email or by playing phone tag. The digital entry form makes the process very easy and streamlined, providing many options, and allowing you to specify certain date ranges and the times of day that you could be available for a treatment.

Once entered, your name and information goes directly onto the internal side of your practitioner’s schedule, and if something opens up, you will be the first person they will call!

*You can also request to be put on the wait list for a specific type of massage treatment. ie. Myofascial Cupping.

*To secure convenient treatment times with your chosen practitioner, we highly recommend booking your appointments a few weeks in advance.

To add yourself to your chosen practitioner’s waiting list, access your ‘Online Booking Account’ and select the ‘Add To Waiting List’ button in the bottom right hand corner.

Simply fill out the digital form by providing specific details about your waiting list request. You will then be instantly added to your practitioner’s waiting list and will be contacted if something opens up.

Information collection, treatment consent, and health history intakes have now gone digital! Clinics all over the world are now managing their clinic files online to reduce their paper waste and to do their part to combat climate change! We couldn’t be more thrilled to join the movement, and have digitized our clinic intake forms, charting, and receipt statements.

Upon booking an appointment with your chosen practitioner, you will receive select intake forms via the email address you supplied to us. These intake forms will provide your chosen practitioner with all of the pertinent information required to ensure an effective and safe treatment experience.

Depending on the type of treatment you book, a more treatment-specific intake form may also accompany the general intake form, which will provide your chosen practitioner with additional information specific to the specialized treatment type you may have selected.

To access your intake forms, log in to your ‘Online Booking Account’. If you have any incomplete intake forms, a large notification will be displayed with a direct link. Otherwise, you can locate your completed intake forms by clicking on the ‘Intake Forms’ button.

We strongly recommend that these intake forms get completed and submitted prior to your appointment, as this will make your experience with us much more seamless!
