My practice has been enriched through courses in Dynamic Myofascial Cupping, Advanced Orthopedic Massage, K-Taping In Women’s Health, and supplementary courses in Fundamentals of Ergonomics, and Coping with Stress and Fatigue Risk Management (University of Alberta Faculty of Extension). I have a distinct interest in senior women’s health, treating arthritic conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoporosis, and osteoarthritis.

I have been very grateful to have worked in a dynamic group environment with Physiotherapists, Chiro‐ practors, Exercise Therapists, and other Massage Therapists. My experiences have provided me with valuable knowledge and techniques to offer clients during their journey to a healthier wellbeing.
